Fat World Series cities

I should honor our 2005 World Series cities, Chicago and Houston, by noting their "fat" status. After all, Chicago hadn't hosted a World Series since 1959 and Houston hadn't hosted one at all, ever. So I should note that in the ratings from Men's Fitness magazine for the nation's "Fattest Cities," Houston is once again on top and Chicago finished fifth. Houston has been on top every year but two since the magazine started its compilation. According to a 2001 survey, Houstonians ate out more than residents of the other 39 major cities surveyed. Houston reportedly also has more than 11,000 restaurants. So chow down, have some extra fat and cholesterol in-between innings. And remember, calories consumed during extra innings only count as half.
