Florida Marlins batboy Nick Cirillo, whom we featured last month for his milk-drinking heroics, did get another perk for his dilemma. Cirillo, got to be on "The Late Show With David Letterman" on CBS-TV last Thursday. Suspended for six games, he told David Letterman he's still not sure why the team punished him. As expected, Letterman had a little fun over the situation. “It would be all right if he was gooned on steroids. That wouldn't be a problem. He's full of milk, and they suspend the poor kid.” Clearly, the kid didn't seem to want to be in this situation. But hopefully, he will laugh about it someday. Given some of the eating stunts we see, being able to handle a gallon of milk (even if he did throw it up) is still impressive. Especially given that he hadn't thought about it before L.A. Dodgers pitcher Brad Penny dared him.
